Punjab university is one of the oldest universities in Pakistan initiated in Lahore in 1882 and has a long period of excellence in teaching and research in science and Technology(IT), humanities, and many other departments.

Why USAT is so Important?

HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION's Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) has been made mandatory for admissions in almost all undergraduate programs with exception of HEC LAT for LLB and ECAT conducted by the University of Engineering and Technology (UET).

Punjab University Admissions 2022-2023

PU announced that its admissions start on 2-11-2022 at 8:00AM and end on 15-11-2022 at 11:45PM.

Students without USAT

Those students who want to apply for admission to BS programs but don't attempt USAT. So, PU has good news for that students, PU declared that these students can apply in PU Admissions Fall(2022-2023) but there is a disadvantage for that students, they did not get 15% of USAT in their merit aggregate. Those students who got 70% in their inter and matric, can apply for PU in IT departments.

MATRIC(OBTAINED MARKS÷1100×25)+INTER(OBTAIN MARKS÷1100×60)+USAT(OBTAIN MARKS÷100×15)
